This Service Includes:

Initial Meeting and Measured Survey - We’ll conduct a site visit at your convenience to discuss your proposal and anything that may be useful for us to get on with your project. We’ll also take detailed measurements and notes to begin with the preparation of the planning drawings.

Preparation of Existing Architectural Drawings - The existing drawings will usually show the floor plans and elevations. The drawings will be labelled and show how the space was used before.

Preparation of Proposed Architectural Drawings - These drawings will clearly demonstrate the proposal based on your brief and any other design ideas. The initial drawings provide an accurate proposal that can be used effectively towards your planning application.

Location / Block Plan - The council requires to see mapping that shows the site in relations to is surroundings with every application and this is included within our package.

Submission to the Council - When you are happy with the prepared plans we will submit all required forms and drawings to your local authority.

Liaison with your Planning Officer - Whilst your application is with the council, we liaise with the planning officer to ensure all matters are covered. We provide your planning officer with any further information or minor amendments to ensure your planning application is granted.
